How can I pay?
“Digitale Apotheek Nederland” from the Netherlands, Visa, American Express and Bank transfer. “Linden Pharmacy” in Romania, Visa and Mastercard. ALL transactions are secure!

Do I need a prescription?
You do not need a prescription from your GP, the prescription will be either issued or declined after you have completed the medical questionnaire, it is in your own interest and for your safety to answer the questions truthfully, if you are in doubt please consult with your GP.
If your request for the medication is on hand from your questionnaire approved by an independent EU registered physician the prescription will be forwarded to the EU registered pharmacy for fulfillment and dispensing.

If you decide not to pickup your medication, you will instruct the pharmacy in your name and your cost to obtain a courier to deliver your medication to you, The cost for this service is included in the total cost If you decide to pickup the medication personally you will receive a Euro10,00 discount.
The dispensing pharmacy will either be the " Digitale Apotheek Nederland" Holland or "Linden Apotheke" Romania, depending from which pharmacy you requested your medication.

I have ordered but have not received an e-mail confirmation?
After a request for medication has been placed you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your order number and further e-mail with bank details if you have chosen to pay per “bank transfer”.
IF by any chance you have not received an e-mail please check your “spam folder” this happens frequently with AOL customers.
